Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan, with no minimum purchase. Shipping is on us whether you order one candle or a gift set.

PostEx is our courier partner for deliveries across Pakistan.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time may be processed the next business day.

After your order is processed, tracking details will be shared by PostEx through its available tracking notifications.

Major cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi: 2–4 business days after processing.

Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to your location, weather, or circumstances affecting PostEx.

You can check a shipment through the PostEx tracking portal. If tracking information is not available within 3 business days after placing your order, email luktsofficial@gmail.com.

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. LUKTS is not responsible for delivery to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If you need to correct an address after ordering, contact luktsofficial@gmail.com immediately. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change after the order has been processed by PostEx.

Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Pakistan through PostEx. No additional COD fee applies.

Review the order details shown after checkout and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect. We will confirm your order and coordinate delivery using the contact details provided.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, email luktsofficial@gmail.com. We will investigate the shipment with PostEx.

LUKTS ships within Pakistan only. We do not currently offer international shipping, delivery to P.O. boxes, or delivery to military (APO/FPO) addresses.
